Kevin Donaldson has been a partner in the firm of Homesley, Jones, Gaines, Dudley, Childers, McLurkin & Donaldson, PLLC, since June of 2002. He joined the firm in 1999, following his graduation from the Norman A. Wiggins School of Law at Campbell University where he received his Juris Doctor degree. He earned a B.A. degree in Psychology from Erskine College in 1996.
Mr. Donaldson is a native of Iredell County. He grew up in Troutman and attended Iredell-Statesville Schools, graduating from South Iredell High School in 1992.
Mr. Donaldson practices primarily in the areas of civil litigation, corporate and business transactional law, commercial and residential real estate, estate planning and administration, and contract law including transactions in the motorsports industry. He is a member of the North Carolina State Bar and the Iredell County, North Carolina State, and American Bar Associations.
Mr. Donaldson is past president of the Mooresville-South Iredell Chamber of Commerce, and past Campaign Chairman of the Mooresville-Lake Norman United Way. He is President-elect for 2008 of the Top of the Lake Rotary Club, of which he is a member.
Mr. Donaldson currently serves on the Piedmont Bank advisory board. He is Chairman of the Board for the Mooresville-Lake Norman United Way, is a member of the Salvation Army Advisory Board and is the board attorney for the Lake Norman Home Builders Association.
Mr. Donaldson is a member of the Mooresville Associate Reformed Presbyterian Church where he serves as a Deacon.
